1.Jenny McCann (JM) Chair welcomed everybody to the fifth  BHCC Zoom meeting. This is a minuted meeting with minutes available on the BHCC website.  All

3. Previous Minutes – Accepted and agreed.All
4. Matters arising – TDDT (Tain and District Development Trust) Easter-ross Peninsula website being very well received throughout the area with positive feedback on record. Various Bodies are working with the TDDT to continue its promotion and help with the ongoing development of the initiative.  Street Market is planned for Tain with approximately over 40 stalls planned. Road closure is in place, and it is expected that over 600 people will attend. Picture House works are ongoing. Asbestos removal and floor work to be completed in order to allow visitors to see progress so far.     All 
5.Accounts –   Accounts for 2020-21 approved and verified. Thank you to Veronica for all her valuable help.    BG 
6. Defibrillator Defib has now been delivered to JM.  Press-release ready to be sent out. Peter Sangster is ready to install.  Kieran’s legacy looking for other local communities who might benefit from a Defib.  Chemist to be informed of pending installation.  Training to be arranged for the DEFIB.     ALL / JM 
7. Community Group Updates BRDG   Planning confirmed for additional container unit.  Job club 10 -12 on Mondays Tain YMCA Friday afternoon News drop due. Youth Club Monday evenings. Funding for awning on hold. Bi-monthly meetings date TBC.  Seaboard Hall Café to reopen full-time Bottle bank moved Harbour Toilets blocked again by overuse and poor drainage. User groups are being welcomed back due to the lifting of CV-19 restrictions.  No funding award for the local Coastal Rangers.  Community Polytunnel Group Norma Balfour is looking for volunteers.  Very busy with school children and the planting of the flower boxes.  Seaboard Cares No update from Alice Smith  JM / MR

9.Police Report –  TBCMR
10AOB –  Twenty plenty signs. HC promised to try and provide resources. BG HC has cleared the housing estate in Balintore of all un-taxed / insured vehicles.    
10. Meeting closed at 8.10 pm Meeting Dates – 1900 Start (unless stated otherwise) 3RD OF August 2021 @ 1900 Next Meeting will be held on 8th June, this will be the AGM and a general meeting. All
