1.Jenny McCann (JM) Chair welcomed everybody to the fourth BHCC Zoom meeting. This is a minuted meeting with minutes available on the BHCC website. Next meeting 13TH April 2021, 7pm  All   JM

4. Matters arising – New secretary appointment Alastair Gill proposed as new Secretary this was by LH and seconded by MR.   All 
5.Co-opting of new members –  Information to be included on the BHCC Website / newsletter and Facebook page.    JM 
6. Community Groups Report MR to act as Community Group liaison.  MR 
7. Defib The Chemist defib has being decommissioned with a sign to be placed on it stating this. A new cabinet is required. Lucky2bhere offered a replacement unit until a way froward has been agreed.  Ward discretionary fund to be looked at. A replacement unit to be looked at.  BHCC will have to ensure that there is money set aside to ensure consumables and regular maintenance is provided for the defib units.   Lucky2bhere to provide some consumables for existing defib.  BHCC to approach local companies for donations.  AR mentioned using the local knowledge available which the BHCC have already done throughout this process. AR also commented that we should look at Defib companies’ maintenance contracts. It was agreed this would be done.     JM
