After all business of the above meeting has been attended to – only then will the meeting be open to the general public to participate. It is greatly appreciated that the public remains silent until we reach this point in the meeting. This ensures that the meeting can be minuted accurately and the Agenda is followed.
The Chair will announce when the meeting is open to public discussion and questions should be directed through the Chair at all times.
